We will only conduct online registrations.

Direct credit card and electronic payments are supported.

Payment is in ZAR.

All presenters must register for the conference for their paper to be included in the program.

​

There are  3 registration periods and the cost of registration is dependent on the date of registration payment and the suitable delegate category.

There are 4 delegate categories:

(1) student 

(2) standard

(3) listed (see listed countries for eligibility)

(4) student listed (see listed countries for eligibility)

The registration fee covers attendance, morning and afternoon tea as well as lunch for 3.5 days of the conference, along with the welcome drinks and a goodie bag.

 

Pre-conference workshop tickets, the conference dinner tickets, and merchandise can be purchased during registration at an additional cost.

During registration you will need to indicate dietary requirements (not preferences) and students will need to upload proof of university registration.​​​​
